Sponsor is not responsible for electronic or mail entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to online communication malfunction or failure or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this sweepstakes. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Stanly County Online.
Names of the tentative winners will be placed on the Stanly County Online web site and will be notified by e-mail. By entering the sweepstakes by e-mail, entrants agree to review their e-mail or Stanly County Online's web site. Confirmed winners will be announced on Stanly County Online's web site. Prize winners must respond to notification within 72 hours or they may forfeit their prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable either by e-mail or by mail will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners. If selected as tentative winners, the winners agree (except where prohibited) to allow Stanly County Online to use their names, likenesses, entry contents, biographical data and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
