Walk For Life - October 16, 2004
The annual Pregnancy Resource Center Walk-For-Life will be held Saturday, October 16th. "The Walk-for-Life is an opportunity to take a stand for the sanctity of human life. Every baby and every mother has a purpose." says Denise molatch, Client Services Director of the Pregnancy Resource Center. This fund raiser enables the center to provide care and services to women in an unexpected and/or crisis pregnancy.

The Fork Stables Brings Chronicle of the Horse Eastern Adult Team Challenge to North Carolina
The Fork Farm and Stables, a 1,300-acre equestrian retreat and working farm located 48 miles east of Charlotte in Stanly County, will host The Chronicle of the Horse Eastern Adult Team Challenge Oct. 8, 9 and 10 in conjunction with its annual fall Horse Trials. The free event is open to the public and the media; reporters will be receiving information about a media day.
