Art Walk

Join the Cabarrus Arts Council in Downtown Concord this Friday, February 23 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. for Art Walk. Stop by The Galleries to enjoy light refreshments and see exhibiting artists from Origin Story, the latest exhibition. View the figurative works of artists Gordon C. James, Diren He and Dean Kube in The Galleries now through Saturday, April 21. Each artist is celebrated for their stunning and masterful pieces in this must-see exhibition! Over 20 Downtown Concord businesses will also be open during Art Walk.

While you enjoy your stroll along Union Street, you may notice the decorative street banners displaying this year's Concord on Canvas artwork! All of the paintings on display are up for auction as part of the annual Concord on Canvas fundraising event

Davis Theatre New Season

What's funky cool and classic country; features saxophones and banjos; and includes large bands and solo acts? The Davis Theatre's 2017-2018 season! A mix of retro soul acts, roots gospel, classic country and bluegrass, the new season focuses on diversity , and promises to stretch in different directions from those past.
